Ts&Cs/Cancellation/COVID Policies:
What happens if my holiday is cancelled due to Covid:
- Our ‘no-quibble’ Covid-19 cancellation policy means that if we have to postpone the retreat due to the pandemic, then we will offer you the opportunity to move the date of your booking to 2022 free of charge or you will receive a refund in full.
What happens if I have to cancel my holiday due to illness?
- Our usual cancellation policy would apply, see Terms We recommend that you take out travel insurance with enhanced (or add-on) coronavirus cover (e.g.the Post Office offers Travel Insurance with Covid-19 cover as do Portugal Travel Insurance). Alternatively, your insurer should be able to upgrade your policy.
I’ll be vaccinated by November, will you put a policy in place that requires everyone to be vaccinated?
– This will depend on UK and Portuguese government policy nearer the time. It’s possible that airlines will require passengers to be tested prior to departure and/or present a certificate of vaccination.
If entering Portugal or returning to the UK requires a quarantine period, I would not want to travel. Would you refund me in this instance?
- If the Portuguese or UK governments were to introduce lengthy quarantine periods that affected our Winter season in Portugal, then it is unlikely that we would be able to run the retreat. Then our Covid-19 cancellation policy applies.
